Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using this website, its contact form, or its sign-up form, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.
2. Purpose of This Website
This is the personal professional website of Callum Lamb, a content creator, and it is where you can get in touch with Callum directly. It is also used to share updates and announcements with people who choose to sign up to receive them. This website is owned by Callum Industries LLC.
3. Use of the Contact Form
The contact form has four required fields: your name, your email address, inquiry type, and your message. There is also an optional field if you wish to upload a file.
You agree only to submit genuine and legitimate inquiries. You are responsible for the content of any message you send and any file you choose to upload. Do not send material that is illegal, copyrighted, or not yours to share.
Spam, bot submissions, or repeated unwanted messages are not permitted. The submission limits and blocking rules set out in the Privacy Policy apply here as well. You agree not to attempt to bypass, disrupt, or overload the form or its security features.
4. Use of the Sign-Up Form
By signing up to receive updates and announcements from Callum, you agree to receive those communications directly to the email address you provide. You may not use false or misleading information when signing up.
You may unsubscribe at any time. You do not have to sign up to use any other part of this website.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, videos, images, and design work on this website belong to Callum Lamb and to Callum Industries LLC. You may not copy, download, or reuse any part of this site for commercial purposes without written permission from Callum Industries LLC.
6. Files You Upload
Any file you attach remains your property. It is treated as private and confidential. It will not be shared with anyone outside Callum Industries LLC without your consent.
7. Replies and Expectations
Inquiries and Fan Mail are handled separately. Inquiries go into category-specific queues; Callum chooses which inquiry queue to work through, reviewing submissions in that queue in the order they arrived, oldest first. Nothing in an inquiry queue gets skipped, reshuffled, or jumped ahead.
Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee a reply. Inquiries that enter a review queue and are not rejected before review are reviewed in the order they arrive — none of those inquiries are skipped.
You can check the status of any inquiry you've submitted at any time using the 'Check Submission Status' page — just enter the name and email you used. You can even send one follow-up message from there if you need to, so there's no need to send a new inquiry through the contact form just to ask for an update.
Callum does not tolerate abusive or highly inappropriate submissions through the main website Contact form, including both inquiries and Fan Mail. Submissions identified as abusive or highly inappropriate are blocked before they reach Callum, and the sender sees a confirmation explaining why. This content check does not block the sender's IP address; separate spam protection handles repeated submissions.
Only inquiries sent through the main Contact form enter inquiry queues; Fan Mail is handled separately. An inquiry in a queue may be manually marked Rejected before review if Callum decides it is not a proper inquiry he can deal with. For example, a greeting or simple hello belongs in Fan Mail, not the inquiry form. An inquiry may also be rejected if abusive or highly inappropriate content was not caught by the initial content check, or if its wording cannot be reasonably understood or assessed as an inquiry, including because it uses a term that is not widely recognized. A Rejected status means the inquiry has not been reviewed; the reason entered by Callum will appear on the status page.
Rejected inquiries cannot be appealed. Only an inquiry marked Declined after review may be appealed, subject to the appeal limits below.
If your inquiry is declined, you have the right to appeal the decision. You have 30 days from the date shown on the declined update to submit your appeal — after that, the option will no longer be available.
An appeal is not a request to change the decision. When you appeal, you are asking for your original submission to be reopened and looked at again — to check whether a mistake was made in the first review, and whether a new decision could be reached from that second look. An approved appeal means your submission is reopened and reconsidered in full; it does not mean the decision has been changed.
Submitting an appeal does not guarantee it will be approved. Every appeal is considered entirely at Callum's discretion. If Callum decides your appeal is worth approving, your original submission is reopened and looked at again in full, so the original decision can be reconsidered. If Callum decides it is not worth reopening your submission, your appeal will be declined — and the original decision stands as final.
Appeals are submitted through the 'Check Submission Status' page. Enter the name and email you used on the form, open your declined submission, and the option to submit an appeal will be there straight away. You'll be asked to explain which part of the decision you disagree with, what you feel was missed, and how a correct review would lead to a different outcome — and you can attach documents or evidence to support your appeal.
Your appeal is attached to your original submission, so everything stays together in one place — your appeal answers, any documents you upload, and the full history of your submission are reviewed side by side. Submitting an appeal does not put you back into a queue — appeals are reviewed separately. Queues are only for new submissions.
Each submission can be appealed once. An appeal is a request to have your original submission reopened and reconsidered — not a request for an instant new decision. Every appeal is reviewed by Callum alongside the original submission. If an appeal is approved, your submission is reopened and reconsidered in full, and the decision that follows comes from that second review. If an appeal is declined, the original decision stands and is final.
Signing up for updates does not guarantee any specific opportunity or outcome.
8. Fan Mail
When you select Contact, you are asked to choose Fan Mail or Inquiry. Each choice opens its own dedicated form. Fan Mail messages do not enter the inquiry queues. Callum personally reads every Fan Mail message. Each one represents time someone chose to share with him, and he does not take that for granted.
Callum may not be able to reply to every message, but each one means a great deal to him. If he responds, the email will come from a no-reply address, so replying directly to that address will not reach him. If Callum chooses to enable a response for that particular message, his email will include a reply button. You can use that button to send your response; it will appear only in emails where Callum has enabled this option.
9. Changes to These Terms
These Terms and the Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with updated date.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the applicable laws that relate to the business operations of Callum Industries LLC.
